The core of our business revolves around building community relationships through Farmers Markets. We enjoy the personal connections and lasting bonds with customers from the markets.
We harvest our mushrooms the morning of each market to ensure peak freshness. Our entire harvest cycles are based around the markets we commit to each season. The mushrooms you see on our table were intentionally planned to be there, 40 days in advance.
